   Natasha brings over two decades of experience in the wellness and healing arts. Her path began with integrative practices in yoga, holistic nutrition, and embodied movement. She later deepened into the subtle energy realms through two years of immersive training in Shamanic Arts with Guided Energy Medicine, as well as her initiation as an Ascension Facilitator through a sacred priestess training held in Glastonbury. She also holds formal certifications in yoga instruction, nutrition therapy, and spiritual mentorship.
