Payment Deadline: Full payment must be made by the specified deadline to secure your place in the course. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation. 3. Registration Information: Upon booking, participants must provide accurate contact information including name, email, and phone number for communication purposes throughout the duration of the course. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 1. Cancellation by Participant: - Cancellations made more than 1 week before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit if applicable. Cancellations made less than 1 week before the course start date may result in forfeiture of the entire course fee. However, exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the organizers. If you can not make any or all of the courses you will be provided with a recording of the sessions. Transfer Policy: 1. Transfer Requests: Requests to transfer your booking to another individual must be made in writing and approved by the organizer at least 1 day before the course start date. Transfer requests are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Attendance and Participation: 1. Attendance Requirement: Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. Any missed sessions are at the discretion of the participant and do not entitle them to a refund or discount. A recording will be provided for after each session. 2. Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the instructor and fellow participants throughout the duration of the course. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
