Cancellation Policy

To reserve your session, a $10 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee is applied toward your total service cost. We value your time and ours. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to be able to book someone else into the appointment. No-shows will forfeit their appointment and the $10 booking fee will not be credited or refunded. No-shows are considered 5 minutes late. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
